About Lesson

Trigger
How your workflow will be started. You can choose a shortcut menu to start your workflow from the menu in a channel, or another trigger to start your workflow automatically when a certain action is performed.

Step
The way people interact with your workflow. You can add steps that send custom messages or forms, or use Slack app steps to link your workflow to other tools.

Variable
Information sent to your workflow that can be referenced in the steps. As you add steps to the workflow, you will have more variables at your disposal.

Contributor
A member of your workspace with permissions to manage your workflow. Any collaborator can modify or delete steps, manage other collaborators and unpublish or delete a workflow.
