About Lesson

As already mentioned in the course, the use of channels can come in handy when creating a workflow. Here are some tips and best practices on how to use them.

  • Use open channels as much as possible to increase access to shared information in your workspace.
  • Make sure that the channels you create or maintain have a clear description and theme so that employees understand their function. 
  • To ensure that conversations are organised, use threads. Discover other ways to collaborate effectively in channels.
  • Archive channels when you no longer need them.
