Being a group leader 101
About Lesson

The group leader is a participant over the age of 18 who has been assigned this role by the partner association.

The group leader is the person who acts as a mediator between the organizers and the participants of their country group. In each national group there is a group leader: for example, if there are 5 participants in a youth exchange from Italy, it will mean that the group will consist of 4 participants and 1 group leader; similarly, if there are 6, it will mean 5 +1, etc…
