Being a group leader 101
About Lesson

Evaluating the experience is a fundamental part of any learning process. For this reason, participants and especially leaders will be asked to evaluate the project. It will be done either during the youth exchange or afterwards, depending on the arrangements chosen by the coordinating organization.

The partner organization may organize a small evaluation meeting with the leader at the end of the project so that they can get a perspective on the project, evaluate the coordinating organization of the project, and perhaps think about possible future collaborations.

In addition, each group leader who participates in an Erasmus+ youth exchange receives an email after the project with an official questionnaire from the European Commission to evaluate the project. It is the leader’s obligation to fill it out. The questionnaires are anonymous.
