The administrative part of the project obviously cannot be completed during the project, as participants’ return tickets are also need to be collected.

For this reason, once they return from the project, the leader will once again support the participants in following the procedures to finalize the reporting of travel reimbursements.

Once this process is completed, each participant will receive his or her travel reimbursement. This may happen a few weeks after the project, or a few months, depending on the coordinating association.
