Being a group leader 101
About Lesson

The group leader has no legal responsibility for the participants in his or her national group.

The responsibilities are related to their role in the implementation of the activities.

Among responsibilities: the group leader is responsible for ensuring that the national group represented integrates with the other participants, avoiding the formation of “clusters,” reporting to the organizers relevant feedback received from participants on activities, acting as a mentor if participants encounter problems.

On the various tasks of the leader we will return to later in the course, for now it is important that it is clear what a youth exchange is and who can participate in it.
