Being a group leader 101
About Lesson

Once you have been selected as a group leader, the first thing is to get in touch with the other selected participants in your national group.

Usually the first step the leader of the represented organization takes is to create a Whatsapp group, to facilitate communication. Once created, the group leader prompts the various participants to introduce themselves so that they can begin to get to know each other.

If the participants live in cities far apart, it is advisable to arrange an online meeting, to get to know each other and to start to prepare for the project.
