The final phase of project management involves closing and reviewing your project. This lesson will show you how to wrap up your project using Monday.com.

  1. Completing Tasks

    • Mark tasks as completed using the “Status” column. Ensure all tasks have been updated to reflect their final status.
  2. Conducting a Project Review

    • Create a “Project Review” group on your main board. Add items for each aspect of the project you want to review (e.g., goals achieved, challenges faced, lessons learned).
  3. Archiving the Project

    • Archive your project board once it’s completed. Click on the board’s three-dot menu, select “More Actions,” and choose “Archive Board.” This keeps your workspace organized while preserving project data for future reference.
