Defining Project Scope and Goals
- Start by creating a new board for your project. Click on the “+ Add” button in the left sidebar and select “New Board.” Name your board according to your project and choose a template if necessary.
- Define your project scope and goals by creating a group on your board. Click “Add Group” to create a new group for your project objectives.

Setting Milestones and Deadlines
- Add milestones to your board as individual items. Click “Add Item” to create tasks and label them as milestones.
- Set deadlines by adding a “Date” column. Click on the “+” at the top of the board, choose “Column,” and select “Date.” Assign deadlines to each milestone.

Allocating Resources
- Use the “People” column to assign team members to each task. Click “+” at the top of the board, choose “Column,” and select “People.” Assign the appropriate team members to each milestone and task.
