Ben boasts an extensive background of over 20 years in international youth work, actively participating in programs like Youth in Action and Erasmus+. Throughout his journey, he has assumed multiple roles, from being a youth leader and project manager to trainer and facilitator.
Formerly based in the UK as a dedicated youth worker, Ben has for the last 8 years shifted to working full-time in the international youth sector as a trainer/facilitator. He takes pride in being a part of the EuroPeers network trainers pool and has also previously delivered programmes for the National Agencies of Belgium, Estonia, Germany, and Bulgaria.
Originally from the UK, Ben has now made Lublin his home, along with his wife and two kids. In addition to his training commitments, he holds the position of Director at Świat Rozpędu, a foundation actively engaged in EU youth initiatives.
With a genuine dedication to empowering young individuals and bridging connections across borders, Ben believes in the power of international opportunities and experiences as tool for development.
