About Lesson
Soft skills, also known as power skills, common skills, essential skills, or core skills, are psychosocial skills generally applicable to all professions.
This is in contrast to hard skills, which are specific to individual professions.
Soft skills are usually not taught in formal education like school or university, and they are rather trained through experience, during jobs, internships, or non formal education projects like ESC, that represent a fantastic opportunity to focus on them and develop them for your personal and professional growth.
