This course is designed for youth workers, volunteers, and NGOs participating in the Erasmus Plus programme, offering comprehensive insights into the intersection of intercultural learning and digital tools. Through five engaging modules, participants will explore the importance of intercultural competence in today’s globalised world, discover practical examples of intercultural projects funded by Erasmus Plus, and delve into strategies for fostering intrinsic motivation and promoting positive learning environments. From understanding the scale of motivation to practical techniques for assessing participants’ engagement, this course equips learners with the knowledge and skills to facilitate meaningful intercultural exchanges using digital tools effectively. Overall Objectives:
- Understand the Concept of Intercultural Learning: Gain a comprehensive understanding of what intercultural learning includes, its significance in creating and promoting global citizenship, and its relevance within the context of Erasmus Plus projects.
