Before setting out on the adventure of participating in any Erasmus+ project, you should know who will support you during the different phases of the project.
Pre mobility support.
Before starting the journey and beginning each project, you must have the support of the organisation responsible for your sending, i.e. the organisation in which you are involved. If necessary, your sending organisation must prepare you for everything you need regarding the mobility, which includes:
- assistance with travel management;
- preparation of activities and material;
- expectations and fears;
- etc.
Mobility support.
During the mobility, it will be the coordinating organisation that offers more direct and immediate support to the participants, through facilitators/trainers or mobility staff. Likewise, support will continue to be provided by the sending organisation.
In the case of Youth Exchanges, the Group Leader will be a member of the sending organisation and will serve as a link between the participants of their group and the sending and coordinating organisations.
Post mobility support.
After the end of the project, support will continue to be provided by both organisations and the group leader in different aspects:
- reimbursement of the travel;
- evaluation of the learning process;
- sharing of the results and/or created materials.
